Cheryl Smith, MBA - Owner/Lead Instructor

About Cheryl:
Cheryl has been helping men and women from a variety of professions learn the life saving techniques of CPR for over ten years. Her participants include healthcare providers, educators, students, city officials and many others. She is a certified instructor for Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association certification. She is also an instructor trainer and Training Center faculty for the AHA.
Cheryl graduated from Boise State University with her BS in Health Science and completed her MBA from Lincoln Memorial University in 2007 and is the current President for the East TN Chapter of the ACHE (East TN Healthcare Executives). She enjoys hiking, reading and traveling with her husband and their two children.

Tim Staton - Instructor

About Tim:
Tim has been teaching CPR (among other classes for AHA and ARC) for a little more than 25 years.
He worked as a Paramedic/Firefighter in the Memphis area for many years serving as the Director in two different counties. He also worked as a Hazardous Materials Responder to many of the nations major events.
He has a Bachelors degree in Christian Missions. Besides loving anything outdoors, his ultimate goal is to build a school and a clinic for orphans in a third world country.

Jacob Kurtz - Instructor

About Jacob:
Jacob joined CPR Choice to educate others on the important skill of CPR. He is certified in Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association.
Jacob enjoys the novelties in life. He is a people person and
enjoys spending time with others.
His goal is to teach lifesaving skills to as many eager and willing people as he can. Jacob enjoys life and loves learning.

Travis Smith - Technology Support

About Travis:
Travis provides technology support for the needs of CPR Choice. He feels that CPR is a skill that everyone should be familiar with because you never know when you will need it! He is certified in Basic Life Support CPR and First Aid by the American Heart Association.
Travis designed and maintains the CPRChoice.com website.
Travis enjoys the great outdoors, reading good books, and spending time with his family.
